If you get your news from socialmedia, then you’re not getting quality news. In fact, you’re likely in a bubble where everything you read and hear only reenforces already heald views.

The Echonomist: https://www.economist.com/ this is likely the last bastion of good journalism.

Foreign Affairs: https://www.foreignaffairs.com/ is a good place to get a broad view on what is actually happening in the world. It’s full of opinion; however, the opinions that are given are well supported.

For Podcast:

Dr. Andrew Huberman professor of neuro science at Stanford. He feeds my need to understand how the human brain works. I’ve actually learned quite a bit from him like, thirty to forty minutes of cardio before a learning event will improve the information retention. https://www.youtube.com/c/AndrewHubermanLab

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson became famous for his book “12 Rules for life.” He gives a complex analysis of the human condition. https://www.youtube.com/c/JordanPetersonVideos
